Refund Policy

At Little Gifts Online, we want every customer to feel confident when placing an order with us. Our products are carefully selected to bring joy, emotion, and meaning to pet lovers and gift buyers around the world.

Please read our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as the order has not yet been processed or sent to production.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@littlegiftsonline.com with your order number.

Personalized and Custom Products

Many of our products are personalized or custom-made based on the details, names, photos, or design choices provided by the customer.

Because these items are made especially for you, personalized and custom products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a clear production error.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item
  • Photos of the packaging, if relevant

Once we review the issue, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the case.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Personalized products
  • Custom photo products
  • Custom name products
  • Items made according to the customer’s selected design, color, size, or uploaded file
  • Items that were used, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging

Returns

Before returning any item, you must contact us first at support@littlegiftsonline.com. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

If a return is approved, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Refunds

Once your return or refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates. However, shipping times may vary due to customs, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund, especially once the order has already been shipped.

Incorrect Customer Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, personalization details, photos, names, and design instructions.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, incorrect customization, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
